This high-level online event will showcase the impact of digital solutions and promote a human-centric model of digital transformation through contributions by the EU Commissioner for International Partnerships, Jutta Urpilainen, the Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), Alicia Bárcena, Secretary of State of Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Stanislav Raščan, as well as many other high-level speakers as the Executive Director of RedCLARA, Luis Eliécer Cadenas.
