Join BELLA II

For a country to request its incorporation into BELLA, it must express its interest through a formal communication that must be sent by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and/or the Ministry of Finance or equivalent, simultaneously, to RedCLARA and DG-INTPA (EU).
The communication must express the country's willingness to commit to contributing 54% of the total amount of the estimated cost of the country's international connectivity (which will be implemented by the BELLA II project).
The estimated costs for the connectivity of the countries are the following (BELLA II will cover up to 46% of these costs, in those countries with which an agreement is established):

Recurring annual: RedCLARA amount for countries that connect through the BELLA II project: membership/subscription 170.000,00 € + last mile in the country.
Once the formal communication has been received from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and/or the Ministry of Finance of the country, RedCLARA will send a formal response to begin the conversations leading to the process of incorporation into BELLA within a period not exceeding 7 business days.
