El Salvador and Panama will host the next BELLA II Open Strategic Dialogues in October and November, respectively, to contribute to the consolidation of the digital ecosystem, the generation of innovative value proposals, and the promotion of meaningful connectivity at the national and regional levels.
As part of the implementation of the BELLA II project and in the framework of the III Summit between the European Union and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (EU-CELAC), the first BELLA II Open Strategic Dialogue was held in Brussels, Belgium, on July 18.
RedCLARA and BELLA II led a space on the agenda of the Global Gateway meeting in Helsinki, Finland, on 5-6 September, aimed at raising awareness of potential and new connectivity projects in Latin America and the Caribbean and the resources to be mobilized for their implementation.

BELLA II receives funding from the European Union through the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument (NDICI), under agreement number 438-964 with DG-INTPA, signed in December 2022. The implementation period of BELLA II is 48 months. |
