A consortium of European and worldwide partners, including RedCLARA, supported by the Horizon Europe programme of the European Union, launched in early May the "SUBMarine cablEs for ReSearch and Exploration" (SUBMERSE) Project, which will make available to the scientific community, civil society, and industry, data from continuous observations on multiple submarine fiber optic cables, using a standardized technological configuration, on a continental scale.
The II EU-CELAC Academic and Knowledge Summit was held on May 4 and 5 in Santiago de Compostela (Galicia, Spain) aiming to promote the construction of a common euro-Latin American and Caribbean space for higher education, science, technology, and innovation.
RedCLARA representatives participated in the Knowledge Forum organized by the EU-LAC Foundation, the Uruguayan International Cooperation Agency (AUCI), and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), on April 24 and 25, in a hybrid format.
