The development and benefits of the BELLA Programme (Building the Europe Link to Latin America) will be presented at the 'European Development Days' (EDD), which will take place on the 21st and 22nd of June, in Brussels, Belgium, with the theme “Global Gateway: Building Sustainable Partnerships for a Connected World”.
The event, held in Quito, was attended by the European Union (EU) Commissioner for International Associations, Jutta Urpilainen, the Minister of Telecommunications and the Information Society of Ecuador, Vianna Maino, the EU Ambassador to Ecuador, Charles-Michel Geurts, and representatives of CEDIA, the Secretariat of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, and of the University San Francisco de Quito.
“The BELLA-S project can be considered a success story”, highlights the report published by the European Commission.
